Last Updated: November 30, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Rehearsary ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. User Content & Copyright
Rehearsary respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects you to do the same.
By uploading any content (including but not limited to sheet music, chord charts, lyrics, and audio files) to the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the copyright to the content, OR
- You have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions from the copyright owner to upload, store, and share the content within your private workspace.
Strictly Prohibited: You may NOT upload or share content that infringes on any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove any content alleged to be infringing and to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
4. License to Rehearsary
You retain ownership of all content you upload. However, by uploading content, you grant Rehearsary a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your authorized workspace members. We will not sell or publicly distribute your private content.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
"Owner Pays" Model: Rehearsary operates on a subscription basis where the Workspace Owner pays for the features used by the workspace. Members invited to a Pro workspace do not need to pay to access shared resources.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rehearsary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
